Once you’ve instructed us, we’ll arrange a time to come and photograph your property, take all of the vital measurements and get your thoughts on the big selling points of your home – well, you are the expert.

After you have accepted an offer, your solicitors will take over at this point. If you don’t have a solicitor in place, we’re more than happy to recommend someone to handle your sale.

We keep a close eye as the sale proceeds and we’ll make sure that everything goes smoothly for you. We closely monitor every sale so that we can nip any potential problems in the bud before they can disrupt the progress of your sale.
