Tenant

  • Landlord’s reasonable costs incurred as a result of any breach of the terms of the tenancy by the Tenant
  • Reasonable costs of the Landlord or his Agent where the Tenant requests early termination of the tenancy, and the Landlord has accepted the request, or where the Tenant fails to give the legally required notice to end a periodic tenancy
  • £50 to the Agent where the Tenant requests a variation to the tenancy
  • Annual rent increase of 5% each year after the first year
  • Interest at a rate of 3% per annum on any Rent Arrears of more than 14 days calculated from the Rent due date until the date upon which it is actually paid in full
  • Arrange and pay for replacement of any lost or misplaced keys and to give to both the Landlord and Agent a full set of replacement keys and in the event of a locksmith needing to attend to gain entry to pay the locksmith costs in full
